TOPCIMA Pilot is a Computer based exam where you use Microsoft Word and Excel to create your report

Benefits of doing “Pilot”

• Using a computer makes it easier to organise your answers
• Using a computer is a familiar activity (how many people write these days?)
• Fast results turnaround – get result before end of September

Drawbacks

• Unfamiliar exam method
• Need reasonable typing skills (speed and accuracy)

To help to overcome these problems, the course has 2 practice exams plus exercises to do at home.

Course Structure
5 days

• Phase 1 – 3 days
• Phase 2 – 2 days

(note: this is less days than a “normal sitting” due to the more intensive nature of the course)
