New Business Development Executive

As a member of a new business development team, initially based in our Miami office, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and long-term client relationships primarily over the telephone.

You will be an integral part of a dynamic and expanding team with those demonstrating management potential and an aptitude for sales moving quickly up the promotional ladder.

Whilst a background in training and development. is not essential you will need to be passionate about understanding client's training needs and the proven benefits associated with our training products.

Successful candidates will be of graduate caliber, ambitious, target-driven, highly motivated and willing to learn. Previous new business development or sales experience is not essential however you must be able to communicate professionally and persuasively with senior level decision makers in major financial institutions.

There is a comprehensive training school for all new starters and training will then be continued on the sales floor as required.
