Practical Conflict Resolution Strategies
Learning effective and efficient dispute resolution processes, skills and techniques to minimise the costs of conflict, and achieve long-lasting agreements and understanding

The aim of this two day workshop is to help managers detect potential organizational conflict and to develop effective resolution skills. Managers at all levels increasingly require the understanding of cultural and emotional differences; mediation skills; and communication skills in difficult scenarios to achieve better productivity as a whole. At all stages the focus is to understand and manage different organizational conflicts to develop productive working environment.

Sessions include relevant case studies, exercises, role-play simulations, practice, and mock negotiations/mediations. Video examples of real life negotiations and mediations will also be used to reinforce and enhance learning.
