The aim of
this two day workshop is to help managers detect potential organizational
conflict and to develop effective resolution skills. Managers at all levels
increasingly require the understanding of cultural and emotional differences;
mediation skills; and communication skills in difficult scenarios to achieve
better productivity as a whole. At all stages the focus is to understand and
