To
ensure we meet your expectations and maximise your return on training
investment, we favour a classroom/workshop set up for the delivery of our
courses. Please note we have therefore limited number of spaces available and
these will be assigned on a first come, first accepted basis. We recommend
early booking to avoid disappointment.
“Look also at the practicalities and legal issues of collateral…”
How will you benefit?
As the use of ISDA® documentation becomes ubiquitous, it
is increasingly important for finance professionals to be conversant with both
the Master Agreement itself and the major collateral documentation to secure
OTC derivatives exposure. This in-depth 2-day training course takes you through
the provisions in these documents, as well as placing them in the practical
market context in which they operate. This training course will also examine
risk issues, and two case studies plus a practical negotiation exercise will
ensure you grasp all concepts discussed. On completion of the programme you
will clearly understand the documents, and strengthen your negotiation
confidence.
• Review in depth all sections of the Master Agreement
including its Schedule and types of transactions
• Explore credit related issues
• Gain knowledge on how to use the 2002 Master Agreement
to enhance credit protection
• Understand clearly the principal differences between the
1992 and 2002 Master Agreements
• Cover comprehensively the legal and
documentation aspects of collateral

Pre-course questionnaire:
A
detailed questionnaire will be sent to all course participants to establish
exactly where the group training needs lie. The completed forms will be
analysed by the course leader/trainer and followed by telephone if further
clarification is required. As a result we can guarantee that the course is
pitched at exactly the right level and that the issues that you regard as
