How will you benefit?

This focused 2-day programme offers experienced negotiators (at least 18 months full-time experience required) the opportunity to meet their peers and explore complex issues arising in the ISDA® Master Agreements in a practical and illuminating manner. Guided by Paul Harding, a long established negotiator and author, delegates will not only learn about the art of negotiation and review key provisions in the documentation but will also have the opportunity to share clauses they may currently be working on – with client identification removed – within the group. The practical negotiation exercises at the end of each day will test delegates’ ingenuity and perception, and consolidate knowledge gained throughout the course.
